Exercise physiology

What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is a specialization within kinesiology. This form of therapy is most effective for those looking to have their fitness assessed and those looking to receive recommendations through evidence-based strategies on how to improve their health and performance. Our Clinical Exercise physiologists (CSEP-CEP) can help provide conditioning exercises, counseling, and education for anyone ranging from healthy individuals to those with medical conditions, limited mobility due to various ailments, or persons with chronic disease and injury.

Regardless of your current fitness level, exercise physiology is an excellent way to enhance your results and receive feedback for improvement.
